We seek a Valuer who is self-driven and ready to work in a busy environment.
The post entails working with junior Assistant Valuers whereby leadership
communication skills and mentorship is part of your daily activities.
The Valuer will be exposed to a lot of travel by short notice around Kenya. The
Firm prefers a person who is very flexible where work demands extra hours. A
valid driving license and good driving record is essential.
The Valuer should be free of life’s vices such as alcoholism and related matters.
Through our 28 years, we have developed our own corporate culture which
included punctuality, proper formal attires, good and polite mannerisms, secure
and smart office environment and a supportive ambiance of team work with a
high bar of integrity.
Minimum qualifications are 5 years’ experience after graduation with degree in
Real Estate, Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
